When planning the Facebook page, we were mindful of those in the community who do not have computers and, in the absence of any meaningful local paper, have difficulty in finding out what’s going on.

We decided, therefore, to publish a bulletin which would be delivered to every home in Wye.

Initially this was funded by the National Lottery Awards for All grant and, in the first year, was published six times and delivered to homes in Wye by the village scouts.

When the grant monies were spent, reduced funding meant that we decided to publish on a quarterly basis.
